How has Lacrosse contributed to the success in other areas of your life?

Being a coach in box after being a coach in field for over 20 years really gave me another focus. I’m very much about the mental wellness piece of being an athlete and this has allowed me to focus more and more on how that piece fits the puzzle. I’m a firm believer that as an athlete and coach, if you are struggling mentally, you will struggle physically with any sport. I’m passionate about getting inside athlete’s heads and helping them figure out what they need to do to be successful on and off the floor. Competitive sport builds character for life and I am so proud that I get to be a small part of these athlete’s journey and help them achieve their goals.
